Help for bad breath
Everyone must face a moment of discomfort due to bad breath at some point. The situation was so easy to handle; the embarrassment and the discomfort i felt was also for good.
Stopping bad breath is not a big problem if you follow some simple tips.
Good dental hygiene can help solve the problem in a great way though not completely.

Starting in the morning, brush and floss your teeth to prevent foul smelling breath. Do this twice a day.(after you wake up) Night time is also an option. (before you go to sleep). Focus on increasing the time you spend brushing your teeth to 2-3 minutes, because this is the least amount of time it will take to ensure all surfaces of the mouth are clean.
Brushing your tongue is important because bacteria grows there and often causes bad breath.
Use tongue scrubbers which comes along with the tooth brush or use tongue cleaners, while you do brush and floss to complete your cleaning routine.
In-take Vegetables and fruits daily.

As well as being good for you, some vegetables, like carrots or celery for instance, also keep your tongue free from dirt. If you want a sweet tongue cleaning snack, try an apple.
Unbelievably, as it may seem, tea can slow down the growth of bad breath bacteria that may otherwise multiply fast in your mouth. If you can, try to drink green tea at least twice a day.
Keep Your Mouth Hydrated
A dry mouth is a comfortable environment for bacteria, so stay hydrated. Germs usually build up in your mouth while you sleep and this will cause your breath to be worse in the mornings. Make sure you drink plenty of water each day, and never let your mouth go dry.
Be Careful About Your Food.
Stay away from items such as onions and garlic. Have your teeth cleaned with a mouth wash or drink tea after you eat spicy foods because it will cause bad breath.
Eat Parsley
Parsley, the green embellishment will help eliminate your halitosis. Chlorophyll gets rid of the bacteria and also gives a good smell.
