How does an oral appliance help athletes?
The PPM™ is an orthotic device (mouth piece or oral appliance) that is designed to keep the jaw in its optimal position, which is the position it is while at rest. It enhances these by properly aligning an athlete's head, neck, and jaw muscles. Is the PPM™ only for athletes?

What is TMD or TMJ?
TMD and TMJ are two acronyms for the chronic, painful disorder, Temporomandibular Joint Disorder, which results from a misaligned jaw joint.
